Hi all

Has anyone ever managed to get spdif out working on optical cable with the
onboard sound ac97.

Tried latest drivers and no luck.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I'm using optical SPDIF with older GA-8IEXP. It had to be enabled in Device
manager, Properties of the sound card, Settings tab, Output mode > Digital.
