Hi,

I am working on a client's PC. He recently replaced his motherboard
and PSU. He couldn't get it to power on, so he brought it to me. I've
fixed that problem. The only problem I have left is to get the HD LED
lights to work properly on the front panel.

The case is an ANTEC TX1050B. It has four LED lights on the front
panel. The top one is a green power light--it works. The next one is
an amber one (looks like a HD symbol next to it to me) It doesn't
light up at all. Below that are two light green LEDs labeled I and II
(they both glow steady when system is powered on. They don't flicker
with HD activity. When I reverse the polarity of these two leads on
the Front Panel connectors the two LEDs don't light at all. There is
one lead left I have not connected. It is labeled Reset LED. I have
no idea what it is for.

The motherboard is an AOpen AX4SG-UN.

Any ideas how to get the LEDs to work properly. Thanks.

Bill

RTFM and locate the HD led connector. If there is a connector fitted,
remove and rotate 180deg. If no connection, find the lead from the HD led
and connect it.
