What is the best for video encoding? Now I need to buy something like: Core 2 Duo E6850 or quad Q6600 Gigabyte DQ6 4GB memory 4x HDD WD Raptor 150GB 10000rpm or just 2x DVDRW, DVD ROM External HDD 1TB (sata or usb???)
