What is the best for video encoding?
Now I need to buy something like:

Core 2 Duo E6850 or quad Q6600
Gigabyte DQ6
4GB memory
4x HDD WD Raptor 150GB 10000rpm or just 2x
DVDRW, DVD ROM
External HDD 1TB (sata or usb???)
ATI or Nvidia
And what about professional CARDS???
