KT4V-l mobo - I have recently purchased a KT4V-L mobo. MSI KT4V-L AMD XP2400+ 512mb PC2700 MSI GeForce4 M440 (AGP) Phillips CD-Rom Seagate 40gb ide hdd. When I put this machine together, the monitor came up saying it was receiving no signal, when the MSI card was in.
Odd problem, is it my mobo? PS? RAM? - I have an MSI board (based on KT400 chipset IIRC) running Athlon XP 2800+, 1024MB PC3200 RAM due to the proc FSB handling 166MHz only), ATI Radeon 9600 Pro AGP board, WD 200MB 7200RPM EIDE drive on IDE0 as primary, IBM
MS-6178 mobo BIOS - Could the Users of MS-6178 mobo advice me regarding the BIOS update as to which BIOS should I go for. On the site there is so many BIOS to sellect that I'm simply I know that MSI uses the Phoenix Ltd. BIOS. But which one is..

Seems to me that there is some piece of hardware hanging. Pulling each
card and look for funk, dust bunnies or misalignment. Blow out the
slots. I'd bet good money that it is the video card.

19 is the decimal equivalent of 0x13 hex. The INT 0x13 service
is mentioned here, and it is how the BIOS supports reading disks
for the bootup process.

Maybe if you disable storage devices other than the floppy,
you'll be able to get past the boot code in question.
