Hello all,

For some reason, I can't open my CDROM tray. Also, The light is on,
and I can't find a trace of my CD-ROM on my computer. It just
vanished.I can use WinME disks to upload drivers if that is the
problem, but first I have to open the tray!
Any help is very much appreciated.
Thank you
Mike

OK! I got my system to recognize my CD-ROM, but the light on the
CD-ROM is still on and it won't open.
Again, any help is apprecated.

Turn your system off.
Turn your system on.
Use the end of a paper clip in the manual release hole somewhere near
the tray. Tray should pop open about 1/2-inch. Pull tray open.
