Don;t know much about your RAM, check the manufacturers website, or the
documentation that came with it and set it to that. It's rated to 200MHz so
you should be fine.
It could be that the CPU just doesn't like 200MHz FSB, coax it with a little
more voltage, but I suggest you install and configure MBM5 and check the CPU
DIODE temp is sane, especially if you start upping the voltage. Go easy
with it (one notch at a time is best)
You will need memtest 86 to check stability of RAM and Prime95 Torture test
to check stability of CPU. Any errors at all and it is unstable. Best to
run each for an hour minimum to check final stability. 5 minutes is
probably enough when increasing speeds slowly. If one or other is unstable,
you can increase the voltage, provided temps are sane, bear in mind that you
have no idea what temp your RAM is. I would suspect that you can get away
with 2.8V in a cool case without worry, but as always with overclocking,
it's a risk you are taking.
