Hope you can shed some light on this

My machine has two drives on it a Pioneer DVR-105 works fine plays DVDs\CDs
no problem.
also (and here is the problem)a Samsung DVD-RM SD-616q this will read Cd's
but will not read/play
DVDs? just sits there whizzing away?

Have the latest versions of Nero on my machine which works fine.

I have this problem with an SD-616Q. I want to read DVDs to copy (own produced). Nero is the software.

Did you find a solution ?
