Ok this is my first chaintech mobo, and I am loving it Crying or Very sad

I have been working, browsing forums for 7 hours and have come up with
nothing. Here my problem.

Got all my stuff in today, got everything installed. And the computer
will not stay on for more than 60 seconds. Just shuts off. I have

Changed power suplies, changed memory, disconected everything, nothing
is working. I cannot get a boot system on the hd before it crash's.
And when it does crash, the only way to get it to boot again is to
shut off the power suply, let the mobo drain, and it will
restart...for a little while.

It is acting fine, running threw systems fine. keeps shutting down?

Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I am running:
AMD 2200 XP
Chaintech 7vif4
Corsair DDR333
Sony FD
Asus CD-RW
WD 80 Gig 7200
Mag Mon. (Running off the Mobo)
US Rob 56k Modem.

I just have to chime in on the 7VIF4 mb. I LOVE IT. I did get a bad one
initially, but it was swapped by the vendor and the replacement has been
perfect. Quality on-board Vid, 5.1 audio, & networking too. Can't beat
it.......IMHO.
