Post subject: IDE BIG MISTAKE

I bought new 2 LITE ON DVD Burner IDE but IDE Cable unable to reach IDE slot
on mobo too far on left side.

I had talk with men and only way to get rid LITE ON IDE for DVD for SATA.

Only I can find is LITEON SATA. I order 2 LITE ON DVD SATA.

I move my new LITE ON IDE intomolder PC. No loss Very Happy

IDE is FINISHED in my book.

just buy a longer cable , you can get them everywhere

Yes and no. The longer cable are bad due to corrupted easily. IDE cable is
limited to 45cm if longer it will problem....i have study about it Smile

whatever ,, ive used them for years , with no known corruption
problems.

as have millions of others.
