How to use Iiyama OPQ option ?

Hello,

I've got Vision Master Pro 451 monitor. There is an option in OSD menu
named OPQ. I guessed that we can use this to set different settings
for various purposes.

e.g brighter screen for MOVIE
less bright for TEXT

but ...

How to use it ?
