It's on the JVC website!

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.jvc.com/custrel/index.jsp" target="_blank">http://www.jvc.com/custrel/index.jsp</a>

And please turn off your Caps Lock. It's considered shouting, is extremely
rude and makes the posting very difficult to read.

Might be easier and cheaper to buy a $20 card reader. Will be much faster than
a direct download from the camera<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
