K7S5A and extra onboard USB

I just want to make sure I get this right, before I destroy my (rather
nice!) mainboard. I've got a K7S5A and have found this pinout for the extra
USB connector:

Now I know that each USB port should have 4 lines: Vcc, sig-, sig+, gnd.
I'm confused by the ECS spec. Is VREG_FP_USBPWR0 == power == Vcc ? And in
breaking with symmetry there appears to be a weird pin: USB_FP_OC0
What the heck does USB_FP_OC0 do? Can it be left floating?

I'm planning on buying just a USB connector with the 8 leads on it (for two
ports) and constructing the appropriate connection header using this.
Anyone know where to buy such a part? I don't want to buy the ECS unit
because that fits onto the back of the case; I want something detached so I
can custom mount it.

USB mobo cables are available from Belkin or Manhattan and others. The cable
comes with 2 5-pin connectors (red, white, green, black, black) and should
be attached to USB 1 as follows:

Pin 1: Red Vcc (+5V) Pin 2: Red
Pin 3: White Data - Pin 4: White
Pin 5: Green Data + Pin 6: Green
Pin 7: Black Ground Pin 8: Black
Pin 9: Black Ground Pin 10: Black
(This is the
blank one)

I purchased mine at a local computer show. Installed it and the 2 additional
USB ports work fine.
