I didn't even know Asrock made an Athlon 64 motherboard.
Only two DIMM sockets.

It pays to download the manual before you buy any motherboard.

I like the bit about how to install the CPU -

"You also need to spray thermal grease between the CPU and the
heatsink to improve heat dissipation."

Must be a product like PAM cooking spray Smile I have visions of
grease all over the place.

This guide is pretty good for AMD64 CPU and heatsink installation.
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/white_papers_and_tech_docs/30925.pdf" target="_blank">http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/content_type/white_papers_and_tech_doc...0925.pd</a>

For using thermal paste on AMD64 I recommend doing it just like Artic
Silver suggests for Opteron (center only, not all over the top).

Cheers,
