I am having a bad time with the Marvell LAN port built into this board.
For some reason I can only get it to work with a static IP, not DHCP. It
will not connect to my Linksys router in DHCP. I have the lataest driver
installed, but still no good. My major complaint is that I can't network
with other computers in my network. I can "see" this machine, but I get
access errors when I try to get to it. It can see and interact to other
computers on the network.
I am running WINXP pro, SP2, no other firewalls installed.
Thanks for any help!

A friend of mine has this same problem. Don't remember exactly how he fixed
it.
Was either uninstalling it in device manager, and rebooting so windows would
reinstall it. Or by running ipconfig /release * at a command prompt followed
by ipconfig /renew. But it keeps happening every once in awhile.
He also has a Linksys router. >> Stay informed about: K8VSE Deluxe Marvell LAN Problem |

Thanks for the note. I have decided to just diable it and go with a PCI
Ethernet card.
