Im looking all over the Bios to find the Agp and Dimm voltage
selection screen but I must be overlooking it. Any hints???

You will never find them; the KT600 Plus board doesn't support those
options. The Soyo web site that originally listed these in the
specs was wrong. It has since been changed.
