kt7a and xp cpu - Is it still the case that KT7A's will take all XP CPU's? I am looking to AMD Athlon XP2800+ 2.083GHz 333MHz, 512KB Barton in my KT7A. Is there a problem with running it on a 266MHz bus? Will I get full speed (or more) out of it? TIA for the advice.

KT7A and what XP? - Hi there, I have KT7A rev1.1 and want to put new XP on. My choices are: 1) XP 1800+ Palomino @ 35 euros 2) XP 2400+ TBred @ 77 euros 3) XP 2500+ Barton @ 85 euros What would be the best for each of these config? Thanks.

Sure it does. It will support cpu's up to 3200MHz (24x133) without
overclocking the FSB.

I would certaily think so! I'm running Duron1.3 on Kt7a v1.0~1.2 , You can
look at report by cpuz program.

As it's already been answered, I'll say yes here also. I just
upgraded my Duron 1300 which was running on this board fine to an XP
2100+ which is also running just fine Smile
