Keyboard for beginner

Hello, can anyone help?

I used to play organ when I was around 8-10yrs, I'm now 28 and would like to
play keyboard. I'm considerably rusty but know the music scales and the key
notes. I'm searching for a keyboard that I can use to learn, preferably one
where the keys don't light up but where I'm follwoing the music / keys on a
screen. I would also like one where the tempo automatically slows to my
speed as I am learning. I would also like the ability to download songs to
learn off my computer and put them onto the keyboard, so computer interface
is important. I'm looking to spend less than £200.
