Hi all,

I have a Logitech Wireless Due (mouse and keyboard combo) that used to
work perfectly from day 1 until the other night. The other night I
was playing a game and got a system message in the middle of the game
that the keyboard changed frequency to #2. It immediately quit
working.

I tried a simple reboot. Didn't help. I tried another regular
keyboard - worked fine. I changed the batteries with a reboot.
Didn't help. I tried reinstalling the software. Didn't help. I
upgraded the software to the latest version. Didn't help.

Every time I tried one of the previously mentioned options I tried
re-initiating communication between the keyboard and base using the
connect sequence from the using the logitech software and again from
the logitech receiver. This never worked. I even tried switching the
receiver connection from the recommended ps/2 port on the desktop to
the usb port. Didn't help.

Any suggestions? Am I missing something simple? Please call me a
mouth breather and tell me I'm missing something simple because I
really miss the convenience of my wireless keyboard. I'll buy another
one if I have to but I'm a graduate student (which means I have no
money) so I'd prefer to buy something like food or pay for tuition,
etc with the money from my negative balance bank account.

Thanks,

Curtis
