Trying to decide between:

INTEL D865 GLCL MATX MB W/ AUD/VID/LAN + INTEL P4 3.0GIG 800FSB W/512 K
CACHE + 512 MB PC3200 DDR MEMORY

versus

MSI 128MB DDR RADEON 9200SE AGP TV + INTEL P4 3.0E 1MB 800FSB HT TECH +
512Mb PC3200 DUAL CHNL 400Mhz DDR

I am looking for performance, consistency and value. Any help would be
highly appreciated. Thanks you.
