MSI 6728 S-ATA + P-ATA Problem

Hello,
I recently purchased 2 Western Digital s-ata drives, a Raptor 37 gig
and a sata 120 gig. I'm confused on how to configure these drives
within bios. I would like to use the raptor as a system disk and the
other 120 drive for data. I also have 2 lite-on drives that I would
like to us as well on the p-ata ports. What's the best bios setup for
all these drives? There are several conbinations within bios and each
combination seems to elaminate either a hdd or cd drive.

Here's what I'm working with,
MS 865G (The box reads 865G but the manule reads 865PE Neo MS-6728)
1 WD raptor 37gig (S-ata 1)
1 WD s-ata 120 (S-ata 2)
1 Lite-on 4X dvd burner (master on p-ata primary)
1 Lite-on 52x32x52x cd burner (master on p-ata secondary)

I've updated the MSI bios via the MSI windows update utility.
