Markfun_Load_NT_Driver error

I newly built a PC with GA-P35C-DS3R and clean install xp sp2. After
installing the chipset driver from the cd that comes with the mobo.
Everything works well with the administrator's account. But when logon the
xp as a power user, an Error window pop-up with message
"MarkFun_Load_NT_Driver". It only happens with power user group but not with
adminstrators group. Anybody has any idea what this is?
