Matsonic 8137c beep problem

Hi, I'm installing a 8137C motherboard from matsonic.

I'm having beep at the boot instead of the normal boot and I know that the
beeps mean something.

The problem is I don't find the meaning of the beeps....

can anybody help ?

The beeps are usually BIOS specific. Post the BIOS maker
and someone will probably help out. Or try here;
