Memory Requirements

I'm helping a friend put together a P-IV system using an Abit IC7 board with
a P-IV 2.4GHz CPU(512/800 SL6WF). I'm not all that familiar with P-IV
hardware, but more so than my friend, and was wondering if there are any
specific memory type requirements for use with this particular CPU. For
instance, is it ok, or best, to use DDR-400 PC3200? Basically just want to
put the fastest memory in that this board will support and that's a good
match to the CPU.

No info on PCxxxx type, though a search shows that PC2100, PC2700 and PC3200
is supported.

Unable to find info on which memory type within the supported MHz/PCxxxx
listed would be best to use for the MB/CPU type currently being used. Hence
my post, since I know next to nothing about DDR memory types, what I can use,
and what I can't use.
