Memory Question

I have a dual channel motherboard PC4800-E and I was wondering what the
best memory would be. I want to upgrade from 512M to 1G and I am unsure
of just what memory to use as there seems to be varying prices and
styles. It seems like maybe the memory with heat spreaders would be
best, but the memory I have been looking at is either very cheap or very
expensive. I am looking for something with descent performance, but
that is not super expensive either. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

There are a few CAS2 DDR400 memories listed here. Most have heat spreaders.
Read the reviews before you buy (click the "ball shapes" under the product picture).
(I use CAS2 DDR400 memory on my board - currently running it at CAS 2.5 at DDR450.)
