I personally think the following story is a "boojum" (thanks to this
newsgroup, my vocabulary has increased), but whatever it's been posted do
with it as you will. Smile

If naming a website could create reality, the founder of

<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.enterprise-windows-it.com" target="_blank">www.enterprise-windows-it.com</a>

should be classified as a genius. It's the very first time I've
visited a website and looked closely at the sponsorship: Siebel,
Verizon, netopedia, and, of course, Microsoft.

All the rules would change if Darth McBride and his hired guns got
their way and the GPL were ruled unenforceable. Then a Microsoft
Linux distribution would make perfect sense.

MSFT has been flat for a year; i.e, they haven't been invited to the
tech stock rebound party. Maybe Bill and Steve have upped the level
of delusion to make up for the fact that it is gradually becoming
apparent that they're destined merely to be very, very rich, and not
in control of everything.

Did you miss the fact that Microsoft just recently paid a hefty sum
(actually two hefty sums) to license a bunch of SCO Unix stuff back from
SCO. I say "back" because, AIUI, SCO bought the rights to Xenix from M$
years ago.

After all SCO needs the $$ to finance their nefarious legal umm, dealings.
Who better to dish up the dough?

It's not really a distro, it's just bits of Linux in the server 2003
package. It's there, it's true.
