I have a computer containing a Millenium graphics card purchased in
'96 and would like to use this machine for dvd viewing. Will the
Millenium be able to successfully support this? Thanks.

Depends what you mean by "successfully". With the right DVD
playback software it'll work, but the card has no hardware overlay
support, which means playback will be very slow and blocky.
Most DVD software won't work at all.
