Missing microcode update for installed CPU

Hello,

I made a "server" for videoconversion, streaming based on a S2665 and 2 Xeon
2.4 / 533 FSB and when i power on system (W2000 intalled and running), I've
a post error message: "Missing microcode update for installed CPU".

Latest bios found on tyan installed and not resolve problem.

I made a test by removing the second cpu: no error

and when i use the second cpu in mon-cpu mode and in CPU1 location: i have
the error

the two cpu are the same speed, cache,....

make sure that both CPUs are not just "same speed" but rather same Spec code
