Mobile Athlon on KT2 Combo(-L)?

Hello everybody,
while looking for a fast CPU with FSB266 to replace an ancient Duron/800
on my KT2 Combo-L mainboard, I quickly noticed that processors above XP
2400 are aren't available anymore but as mobile versions.

My question is: would a XP 2600+ mobile version work on the KT2
mainboard? The processor runs with 1,45 V core voltage, according to
specifications.

Any help or insight into the matter would be highly appreciated.
