Motherboard with 2xLAN, VGA, RAID and Intel chipset

We are looking for a motherboard with the following spec:

2 x LAN (GBit if possible)
VGA
IDE RAID (or SATA RAID or both)
Intel Chipset

otherwise nothing special, i.e.:
-Any socket
-No need for sound, usb, game ports

Any idea?

I know there might be expensive server MB for 2-300 dollars which would
fit but that is too expensive, I hope we can find any "regular" MB with
theese specs.
