New Motherboard Recommendation

Hey guys, my mobo died a bit ago and I RMA'd to Newegg, which does not
carry mine anymore. I need to buy a new one, and I was wondering if
anyone had any suggestions.

My current setup:
Athlon 64 3500+
1GB DDR400 from Corsair
4 HDDs, 2 PATA & 2 SATA I
Creative Audigy 2 PCI
Sapphire Radeon X800Pro VIVO PCI-e
LG DVD+/-RW

I hope I'm not missing anything there, but I am trying to spend at most
$100. I was looking at an MSI Crossfire Xpress 200P, but I have heard
there is a lot of trouble getting it to work with Sapphire cards that
aren't Crossfire. I used to have a Foxconn something-or-other, but I am
wary of getting another Foxconn board.

Any suggestions? Thanks so much.
