New Motherbord Help!

i can start and edit bios
after that, it takes me to the screen where i choose "safe mode, run windows normally, etc..."

Then when i choose an option, it trys to boot, (sometimes i get the windows logo for about a second, then monitor shuts off and i cant do anything.

Any help would be greatly appreciatied.

Can we assume you have trried booting in Safe Mode?
