Thanks for the info. However what BOM is your ST61G4? Bom11 is what I have,
which is limited to prescott 2.8ghz. If your friend is running a prescott
3.0ghz it might be a Bom14. Which is supported. I just don't want to buy a
prescott 3.0ghz and have my xpc rebooting and or crashing now and then. So
if you can, please check out the BOM number which is the the 5th and 6th
number on the back of the xpc. it's not the serial number, but the other
sticker that's on the back panel.
