Is there a reason I cant use the nvidia nic? Drivers are installed
correctly but it says that there is a network cable unplugged.

Im trying to share my internet connection with my ME box and everything
seems correct in my setup onboth boxes but the onboard nvidia nic doesn't
seem to work at all. I can disable the other onboard nic and then the
nvidia one works fine and vice versa but they both cant work at the same
time it seems. Any ideas? There are no conflicts from what I can tell and
everything seems set up properly.

They have different addresses? Example:

192.168.0.1 192.168.0.2

I forgot to mention that the box with the a7n8x deluxe is running windows xp
pro
so I wouldn't think irq sharing is the prob

Have you ran the network setup wizard in XP?
Before you do make sure both nics are enabled
and there are no conflicts in device manager.
