Are you actually using the computer as a media center? I deduce that
you are, considering the TV tuner. If so, what speed problems are you
seeing with it? If the answer is "none, yet," then the only things
you'd accomplish by overclocking would be introducing the potential
for instaility and, possibly, shortening the life of components like
the CPU and RAM.
If it's a media-center PC that you're using for gaming ( and I doubt
that it is, considering the mediocre GPU you have), then enumerate the
problems you see, and someone might be able to make pertinent
suggestions.
