P4P800 Deluxe SATA Raid Backup image problem.

Hi all,
i'm using 2X320g SATA hard disk(Segate 7200.10 sata 2 16mb) on my old
system(as raid 0 on intel ICH5R). then i partiton it as : C: 20 GB, D: 76GB,
E: 250GB, F:250GB, after install a windows XP (sp2) and some application and
all the driver, i want to make "Recover disk" ( a full system backup image,
and can use for recover the system.) but my Ghost 2003 can't work. after go
in to ghost, it show 2 hard disk and not like raid, also can't correct
recongnize the partition. ( i had to set the "onboard IDE operation mode"
to "compatible mode" so i can go in to Ghost, if i set to "Enhanced Mode",
the Ghost hang.)

my question is what software can backup the system and can use the backup
disk to boot and recover?

Maxtor 160GB IDE on VIA 6410

I dont have any problem with Acronis on my raid sys
