I had my P4P800 system for some years, working great.
My floppy doesn't work anymore, and from the test I did, it seems to be
related to controller on board.
When I first checked, the cable was half out of the motherboard connector, I
hope the controller can't be killed by that...
I tried the floppy drive in my other computer with the same disk and it
works fine.
I made sure that my cable was correctly keyed, and it is on both side.
I could add a USB floppy drive (I use it to transfer piano midi file), but I
think that a floppy is required if I want to reinstall Windows (F6 for Raid
drivers) , and it seems it's not working with a USB floppy.
If anyone have hints on making my actual drive working, or have a alternate
way of doing the F6 install, it would be great.
