Post subject: P4m800pro-m with AMD Dual-Core

I just bought a MB CPU combo at Fry's and I can't get it to boot up in bios. All I can get is the fan to go with no beep. Then, the power supply won't boot at all. I have a 350W ATI power supply. Do I need a bigger power supply. I cleared the CMOS, but I still don't get any beep or bios showing.
