P5N32-E SLI Plus

I can not get the nVidia Network Controller to load correctly, the drivers
shipped with the Mb lock it up. Any one else with the problem and the
solution??

Other hardware that is not running is PCI Bridge Device, SM Bus controller,
and I cannot get USB 2.0 to work, only ver. 1.1

What you need first is the chipset driver package, then the other parts will
install...
