P6DGU Reboots after Flash update

Ive just flashed the bios to version 3.1 which means it can recognise the
1Ghz p3 processors correctly.
Flash appeared to work OK, but now when I fire up the machine and Windows
2000 comes to the section where its about to show the graphical display on
the startup it reboots.
Tried to flash back to original BIOS, which appeared successfull but same
happens still.

Graphics card is a simple AGP card.

Anyone any ideas ?

Try doing the emergency BIOS flash process (I think its place the bios image
on a floppy and press insert when powering on)

I seem to get my bios back in working order that way.
