Hi,

I am having troubles with my PS/2 connected mouse and keyboard, either
one or the other or both but mostly the mouse.

The keyboard/mouse basically becomes unusable (nothing happens - as if
not connected), however if I disconnect the cable to the failing
device and reconnect it it works. As far as I can remember once I
have done this I never have any issues until possibly the next time I
restart the computer.

I am using Windows XP and the devices may or may not work at the
logon/welcome screen, if working the device may become unusable AFTER
logon.

Any ideas, thanks for any help,
Dennis
