After installing a CD drive, everything worked fine until Windows (ME)
loaded... the "Please wait while your hardware configuration is being
updated..." window came up with the progress bar, but the bar stayed
at 0% and won't progress. The system is not frozen, I can still go
into Ctrl-Alt-Del and move the mouse around. Any suggestions as to
how to get around this?
