ok, got those profiles I can select with that symbol in the lower
right of the screen - can save AA, AIF and other options for different
applications

however, when I select one of those, XP thinks for a few seconds, sets
the option and then rearranges all my desktop icons on the left side
of the dektop - extremely annoying if you got some 50 icons lying
around.

Any way around this?
