Easy really, I think you will find this chip is 100MHz FSB and LX boards
only support 66.6MHz hence 3x66.6MHz is 200MHz and 4.5x66.6MHz is 300MHz,
the problem with these chips was even though some boards had jumpers the
speed is actually locked and only the multiplier could be changed manually.
