Just wanted to know if the power supply has enuf grunt. It runs my 9800XT
ok. I've heard the newer cards actually use less power

Thanks Paul Tait

The 200W PS in my SS51G could handle a Nvidia 5600U (req ext power) and the
Radeon 9600XT. But if I tried a Radeon 9700 or 9800 it just would work
right. I had to remove memory, stop overclocking (P4 2.2 at 2.6), swap
around cables, disable my floppy and optical drives, etc. to make them work.
Shuttle claims to have done a 24 burn in with a 9800Pro and P4 3.0GHz but I
don't know how they did it. Maybe my PS is just not up to par. I'd need to
upgrade to the 250 or 300 to run a faster video card.

Any barebones with 4+ places for SATA 3.5" drives? - Hi all! I'd like to build a NAS with RAID5, and am considering using a Shuttle barebone as starting point. Are there any (quiet!) Shuttle models that have enough space for 4+ SATA drives and are still very quiet? Regards, Evert

X800-series & 6800-series GPU's not in SB81P?? - Hi everyone! I've just been told by an official Shuttle reseller(?) that because of a combination of heat/size/power consumption issues, it is not possible to use anything higher than a X600 (ATI) or a 6600 (NVidia) in a Shuttle SB81P. Is this..

Radeon 9800 in SN41G2 - Does anyone have any expirience having radeon 9800 pro or nonpro in Shuttle? Heat problems? Does´t need alot of "juice" from the psu? Tell me all :)

SN41G2 Radeon 9700 - I just picked up a 9700 pro that I would like to drop into my Shuttle. I remember hearing of some issues with this card and the SN41G2; can anyone share their experiences (Good or Bad)? Thanks, -Mike

Radeon Pro and XPC SB75G2v2 - The us.shuttle.com website shows the Radeon XT as a tested/approved card for the SB75G2v2. It does not specifically mention the 9800 Pro. I am assuming if the XT, which uses at least as much if not more power, is ok, then the Pro should also be ok. ..
