I have a Compaq Laptop with the Toshiba SD-R2002 CD-RW/DVD-ROM combo drive and wouldn't ya know it but just a few months out of warrantee and the drive goes south. Since I have to buy a replacement anyway, does anyone know of an electrically and physically compatible drive that's faster reading and writing CDs? Matshita UJDA710 plays but won't burn - I have a Matshita UJDA710 CD burner in my Toshiba Satellite S5004. It will read CD's just fine, but will not burn them. I tried using NTI and Nero, both generate an error when attempting to burn CD's (error log from Nero posted below). Is this a driver....
