Post subject: Replacing "Nvidia Geforce4 MX 440" videocard Fan

How can I replace the small fan from the graphics card?
How can I remove the fan, and where can I obtain such fan, I only see
some expensive replacement fan's

Correct, replacement fans of that size are pretty hard to find and therefore
expensive. Better to replace the heatsink/fan assy altogether with an
aftermarket one. The MX440 runs pretty cool, so something like this tiny $8
unit will work fine:

Or just put any slow 80mm fan (~1200rpm) on it (the strip-it-on solution)
and cool it better and more quiet.

Thank you for your answer, I think I replace both heatsink/fan, how can
I lift this from the card, it is been holding by 3 "knobs" witch I puses
it jump back in place. Also see that the connection is made through
the card, but I don't see how to release him.
Please can you tell me how to release the Heatsink/fan.

And the other solution of is not the kind I'm looking for.
Therefore I must breakdown the bottom of casing Smile))
