Post subject: SATA or ATA?

Is SATA the way to go with new HDDs? My mobo can take either.

SATA has more future. There will come a time when new
motherboards wont have much ATA support and that will
be primarily for optical drives.

ATA is still a bit simpler to setup tho
with some current motherboards.
