So I bought a Sapphire Radeon 9600XT 256mb video card for my SB51G
which is flashed with the latest BIOS (FB51037).

When I installed the video card (I removed my Radeon 9800 SE 128mb),
nothing would come up on my main monitor, but the monitor that is my
dual monitor showed a screen with artifacts of things loading, etc.

The card is 4x/8x AGP so it should work fine. Its also 200watts I
believe (maybe 250 but I think it should handle it even though theres
only a 200 watt power supply). Can someone help me? What do I need to
do to get it to work? Thankyou!

Try doing the initial install with only one monitor connected.
