SS51 current BIOS ???

I am having trouble getting current Bios for SS51.
Currently have 025. When I download and dbl-click on 038, I get 0 byte ROM
file.
I am giving this box to relative, and would like to update Bios before I
give away.
Advice appreciated.

I finally found Shuttle FTP and downloaded BIN file.
Flashed OK.
Why do manufactures have to make this so hard? A newby would never get it.
