Mainboard is a GA M59SLI-S5
Already have a WDC WD3200KS which I play games on. I have another HDD
exactly the same and want to know if I can configure this for raid with the
above.

If your mobo supports raid - I didnt look - then yes, in mirror, unless you
want to start from scratch; but what would you hope to achieve by raiding
the drives?
